What fabrics do you use for clothing?

We use high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics depending on the product. Our goal is to give you a soft, breathable and comfortable fit for daily wear.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on each product page. If you prefer a relaxed fit, choose one size up.

Will the print fade or crack after washing?

No. We use premium digital printing. Colors remain bright if washed gently inside-out using cold water.

Are your products unisex?

Many of our T-shirts and hoodies are unisex. Women-specific garments are clearly labeled.

Are the colors of the product exactly the same as the photos?

There may be small differences due to screen brightness, but we make sure the print stays true to the design.

Can I customize products with my own design?

Yes. We welcome personal or brand artwork. You can upload a design or contact support for help.

Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?

Select your product, choose size and color, and continue to checkout. Add your delivery details and choose a payment method.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available on most locations in India.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets along with COD.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes are possible only before printing begins. Contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email after the order is shipped.

Can I place a custom design order?

Yes. For custom artwork and bulk orders, contact our support team.

Refund

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We will replace it at no extra cost. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Can I return or exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes. You can request a size exchange for fresh, unused products. Customized items may not be eligible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects or if the product is out of stock. For size or preference issues, exchange is available.

How long does the replacement process take?

Once approved, replacement is usually shipped within 3-5 working days.

Do I need to return the incorrect product?

In most cases, yes. Pickup will be arranged or you may be asked to ship it back depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it enters printing and fulfillment. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.
