Since Dfynora products are made to order, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item

To request a return:

  • Email us at contact@dfynora.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the issue

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Size preference issues
  • Color differences due to screen variations
  • Minor print placement variations
  • Change of mind after delivery

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is sent for production, cancellation is not possible, as the product is custom-made.
